  • Developed route optimization service for various real-world vehicle-routing cases; including the algorithms, backend endpoints, third-party integrations, documentation, unit tests.
  • Developed a MIP model for an employee scheduling problem with many real-world constraints using Python and CPLEX API.
  • I was sole responsible for some R&D projects. Including researching the literature and developing proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Worked on customer case studies for tenders by analysing the case, testing what-if scenarios and presenting the findings.
  • Created heatmaps and analytics dashboards using geospatial data.
  • Brought valuable data insights to the customers using Power BI Embedded with Row-Level-Security.
  • Working on building a modern data infrastructure, EL-T pipelines, documentation, and data warehouse on Redshift.

Graduate Project - Intern 11.2016 - 07.2017

Developed a decision support system to minimize waste of raw material in the cutting process. The project had two main objectives. Find the optimal cutting pattern and generate clear instructions for cutting operator. For the first part, I’ve developed a constructer heuristic algorithm and used it in a meta-heuristic search. The second objective fulfilled by step by step text instructions and provided 3D visualization of the result of each step. The project awarded 3rd place in Tübitak Graduation Project Competition.
